1. About this service
These terms describe use of the panel-rental service operated at rentedsmm.com in Pakistan. The service supplies a rented panel application and a workspace for managing subscriptions, invoices and support. Social-media services purchased from independent providers are separate from your rental.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement under applicable law. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Protect your password, limit team permissions to what each person needs, and report suspected unauthorized access through support.
3. Monthly subscriptions
A new monthly panel starts at $5 for the first billing month. Later renewals use the configured tier for the number of orders created during the completed billing month. An order is one order record, not the quantity of followers, views or other units purchased. Cancelled orders count toward usage. Current tiers are published on the Pricing page and charges are recorded on invoices.
4. Yearly subscriptions
The yearly option costs $120 upfront for 12 months and includes 5,000 orders in each billing month. Usage above that allowance is billed separately each month at the matching monthly tier price minus the included $20 tier. For example, 7,500 orders produces a $10 additional charge for that month. Unused allowance does not carry forward. Annual payment does not remove the obligation to pay usage invoices.
5. Payments and renewal
Payments must be verified before wallet credit or invoice settlement. Use the currency, network and payment reference shown at checkout; third-party processing or network fees may apply. Your rental wallet and your rented panel’s customer balances are separate. When automatic renewal is enabled, eligible invoices may be paid from available rental-wallet funds. Keep sufficient funds and review your invoices; email notifications are supplementary.
6. Cancellation and payment questions
You can disable automatic renewal from your panel settings to stop wallet-funded renewal. Disabling renewal does not cancel an already issued charge or reverse a completed payment. Contact support with your invoice or transaction reference for cancellation, billing errors or a refund request. Requests are reviewed against the service delivered, payment records and applicable rights. This page does not promise an automatic refund or exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Installation, domains and availability
Installation depends on successful payment, available capacity, valid domain information and required configuration. You must have authority to use a custom domain and keep its DNS and registration valid. External APIs, payment gateways and providers have their own requirements. No specific service uptime or third-party outcome is promised unless separately agreed in writing.
8. Suspension and restoration
Unpaid rental or usage invoices may cause suspension after the configured grace period. Access may also be restricted to investigate abuse, compromised credentials or prohibited activity. Verified payment can restore eligible billing suspensions; restrictions imposed for other reasons require support review. Suspension does not itself settle unpaid invoices.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, spam or infringement of others’ rights. Do not interfere with another customer’s installation, manipulate usage records or evade billing controls. You are responsible for the content and services you offer and for respecting the rules of platforms and providers you connect.
10. Your panel and customer data
You retain your rights in your branding and content. You authorize the processing needed to host, maintain, secure and support your installation. You are responsible for your customer-facing terms, privacy notices and lawful handling of customer data. Keep appropriate exports of important records and confirm available backup arrangements with support.
11. Changes and responsibility
Features and integrations may change as software and third-party services evolve. Review the price shown before making a new purchase; an issued invoice retains its recorded amount. We do not guarantee revenue, engagement results or third-party performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
